Just a bit of fun!

Published by The Librain at 7:41 pm under Funstuff and tagged: , ,

To lighten my mood in the middle of the course and because I have just found out how to download YouTube videos, I wanted to share this.

We have all been asked this question many times, I should think!

Miss, what was that big green (red/yellow/blue) book that I borrowed yesterday (last week/ last month/ last year)? I can’t remember!

Some time ago I found these lovely pictures on Flickr of books organised by colour for an art work:

Rainbow of books

Actually, if you look on Flickr, there are lots more like this!

Anyway, the pictures reminded me of a sketch by the Two Ronnies that I saw many years ago:

Enjoy!

I have seen this before. And still laughed my head off. I loved these two wondeful men. What insight!
Thank You Anne for all your input, I am sharing your blog with my friends. Share the passion and most importantly the frivolity.
    That’s what makes libraries live!

I did have my bookshelf organized after colour before we packed away all our books and moved to India. It’s beautiful, and not that difficult to find if you know your books.
