I agree, Anne, that the one on the left is better. Not only are the colours more eye-catching but it’s a stronger shape and ’services’ fits snugly into the ‘r’ of library. I’m not keen on the way ‘online’ dangles off ’services’ in the right-hand one.

Thanks, Pam. The main Library Online site was made with WordPress software – it is a hosted version (not on their site in other words) so that I was free to choose the template I wanted. The only drawback is that I have to actively manage the site – update the software when new releases come out & back it up regularly etc.

I love your main library site! What software, template or program did you use to create it! It looks a lot like SpringShare with the boxes. So I’d love to know what it is!
